Parent and Caregiver Support Group

We are pleased to announce that on Monday April 9th from 6-7:00 we will hold a Navigating ADHD Support Group for parents and caregivers at our learning and support center in Centerville, MA.

The meeting will be facilitated by Tracey and Holly and will include strategies that can be immediately implemented.

Girls Empowerment Group ages 8-10

Participants will learn practical and effective strategies to manage social situations, social media, anxiety, gain self confidence and deal with feelings of being overwhelmed.   Each week participants will create an art based strategy that will help them deal with the challenges they  face.  The 5 week program aims to empower young girls to celebrate their strengths while learning how to rise above their challenges with confidence and support from their peers.  Beginning May 7th ending June 11th  6-6:45 for girls ages 8 - 10 years old.
