Participants will learn practical and effective strategies to manage social situations, social media, anxiety, gain self confidence and deal with feelings of being overwhelmed. Each week participants will create an art based strategy that will help them deal with the challenges they face. The 5 week program aims to empower young girls to celebrate their strengths while learning how to rise above their challenges with confidence and support from their peers.
